KBL turned a new leaf and celebrated its centenary year in 2010-11. As a part of centenary year celebrations, KBL organized a contest called “The Oldest Operational Kirloskar Industrial Pumps Contest”. Grand reward was a Free Replacement with a new pump. KBL received an overwhelming response from India and overseas. Numerous qualifying entries received is a true testimonial of brand Kirloskar as a traditional partner to the Indian industry. To celebrate this bond of trust with its partners in success, KBL organised the “Old is Gold” gala event for contestants. The event was spread over 2 ½ days in 3 locations for guests coming from all across the country.

Kirloskarvadi : The flagship manufacturing plant and second oldest industrial township in India.
Mahabaleshwar: A hill station located in the Western Ghats Range, with one of the few evergreen forests of the world.
Pune: In “Yamuna” premises, the Global headquarters of Kirloskar Brothers Limited.
